<p>Mike will soon be 24 years old. I&#8217;ve owned him since he was a yearling. He was purchased at a sale from a good friend of mine in the summer of 87 and was given to me as a gift Christmas of that same year. I had always owned quarter horses and he was my first appaloosa and I&#8217;ve had them ever since. He started out in pleasure and halter then moved on to be a great game horse. He has points in everything from Showmanship to hunter under saddle to Stumps and stakes. He still acts like a young horse and always does what is asked of him. The past year he became a show horse for two young girls, one showed him showmanship and walk trot and the other ran barrels, poles and flags on him. They both ended up high point in their divisions at our saddleclub. He has been a wonderful horse to own and show.
